BPC-157

Healing

Standard Research Protocol

250-500 mcg subcutaneously, 1-2 times daily

Duration

Typical research cycles: 4-8 weeks

Reconstitution

5 mg vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water = 2.5 mg/mL (2500 mcg/mL)

For 250 mcg dose: 0.1 mL (10 units on insulin syringe)

For 500 mcg dose: 0.2 mL (20 units on insulin syringe)

TB-500

Recovery

Loading Phase

5-10 mg subcutaneously, 2 times weekly for 4-6 weeks

Maintenance Phase

2-5 mg once weekly or as needed

Reconstitution

5 mg vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water = 2.5 mg/mL

For 5 mg dose: 2 mL (full reconstituted vial)

For 2.5 mg dose: 1 mL

Ipamorelin

Growth Hormone

Standard Research Protocol

200-300 mcg subcutaneously, 2-3 times daily

Typical timing: morning (fasted), post-workout, before bed

Duration

Research cycles typically 8-12 weeks, followed by 4-week break

Reconstitution

5 mg vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water = 2.5 mg/mL (2500 mcg/mL)

For 200 mcg dose: 0.08 mL (8 units)

For 300 mcg dose: 0.12 mL (12 units)

CJC-1295 (no DAC)

Growth Hormone

Standard Research Protocol

100-200 mcg subcutaneously, 2-3 times daily

Often combined with Ipamorelin at 1:1 ratio

Duration

Research cycles typically 8-12 weeks

Reconstitution

2 mg vial + 2 mL bacteriostatic water = 1 mg/mL (1000 mcg/mL)

For 100 mcg dose: 0.1 mL (10 units)

For 200 mcg dose: 0.2 mL (20 units)

General Guidelines

Storage

Lyophilized powder: Store at 2-8°C (refrigerator), protect from light

Reconstituted solution: Store at 2-8°C, use within 30 days

Injection Technique

Subcutaneous injection into fatty tissue (abdomen, thigh)

Rotate injection sites to prevent tissue damage

Use insulin syringes (typically 0.3-1 mL, 29-31 gauge)

Best Practices

• Always use bacteriostatic water for reconstitution

• Inject slowly down the side of the vial to preserve peptide structure

• Do not shake vials — swirl gently if needed

• Keep research logs to track protocols and observations
